SARA WALLS, LCSW
Hey! I’m Sara.
I’m so glad you’re here. I know that making the decision to reach out to a professional for support can be one of the toughest steps to take. I also know that it can be the most brave and important one. Sometimes, gaining an outside perspective from a trained professional outside of our circle can be the key to unlocking what is keeping us stuck.
As a therapist, my job is to ask meaningful questions to help you discover what may be holding you back from achieving your goals. I am passionate about building connections with my clients and holding space for them to explore and discuss challenges in their lives. I take great care in supporting clients on their journey to process and cope with their challenges and develop skills to accomplish their goals.
I am honored each time I meet a client and they share their most precious stories with me. I believe it is important to find a therapist who you feel like is a good fit for you, someone who you feel understands you. This can sometimes be quite the task. It would be such a privilege to meet with you and find out if I can be helpful to you.

ABOUT SARA
I practice what I preach and am proud to be a therapist in therapy! Going strong for over a decade.
I’m an enneagram 9, huge introvert, recovering perfectionist and people pleaser, and highly sensitive person.
I’m a wife and new mom, an entrepreneur, and a bit of a personal finance nerd.
Although I love books, puzzles, and watching all the streaming shows, my current favorite pastime is just getting to watch my baby figure the world out. So freaking cool.
